Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@random-streetwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the return authorization provided by our customer service team.

Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@random-streetwear.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@random-streetwear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
